What a journey we’ve been on so far, and we’re excited to say it’s only the start!

Over the last few months we have been delighted to successfully welcome our new colleagues and supported people from Inspire into Community Integrated Care.

In just a few months, we’ve already achieved so much together – blending our shared values, expertise and passion for delivering life-changing outcomes for the people we support.

A special thanks everyone for their hard work and dedication shown, we couldn’t have done the merger without you! Some of our highlights so far include…

 

• Introduction of new IT infrastructure and equipment – We are grateful to have a wonderful IT support team who will continue to assist you with any support needed.

• 12 services in the first cohort of the merger – In a manageable manner, we successfully moved 12 services over to Community Integrated Care's ways of working in areas such as Health & Safety, Community Mapping, Audits, Wellbeing & Wellness, Performance and Policies & Procedures.

• The launch of GROW, our frontline learning experience for the first 12 services – We are delighted to offer the first 12 services our inspiring Learning and Development programme for frontline colleagues – GROW.

• The introduction of Maxtime and Nourish - Two of Community Integrated Care's most transformative systems to provide colleagues with simple electronic support.

• Inspire Payroll integrated into Community Integrated Care

The people we support have also reaped huge benefits from the merger as well as gaining many more friends. Embracing the union of their new friends, the people we support from Inspire and Community Integrated Care have joined forces on various occasions for fun and games. From competing together in the annual ‘Fun Olympics’ in Aberdeen, to attending Chin WAGS together, we can’t wait to see what the exciting future holds together.
